As an Associate on the North America Institutional & Retirement Marketing team, you will support the delivery of marketing programs across a wide range of client channels, including retirement/401(k), defined benefit, endowments, foundations, and healthcare. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-segment initiatives—with a particular focus on third-party sponsorships—helping ensure consistent execution, timely delivery, and strong stakeholder alignment. You will report to the Head of NAI & Retirement Marketing, you will partner with marketing colleagues, sales stakeholders, and centers of excellence (e.g., events, digital, content, brand, analytics) to manage workstreams from kickoff through completion, track deliverables, support measurement, and help surface risks, dependencies, and decisions.
