Own the overall test approach, test planning, and test execution strategy Lead and coordinate QA team members, testers, and external vendors as needed Review requirements and user stories for testability, completeness, and quality risks Define test scope, test cases, test data needs, and entry/exit criteria Track defects, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution with development teams Report testing status, risks, blockers, and readiness to release stakeholders Ensure regression, integration, functional, and UAT testing are completed effectively Drive test process improvements, automation opportunities, and quality metrics Support release readiness and go/no-go decisions Maintain testing documentation and ensure auditability where required
