Salary: $33,600 - 34,800 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical service role.
• We need strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, along with a service-oriented approach.
• We require a solid grasp of computers, operating systems, and common software applications.
• We prefer basic networking knowledge; entry-level familiarity is sufficient.
• We expect experience using IT help desk or ticketing platforms.
• We need someone who can confidently train end users on devices, software, and internal tools.
• We value excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal ability.
• We require experience documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps, or technical workflows.
• We prefer candidates who can work on-site at clinical locations and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• We provide hands-on technical support to clinical and administrative staff who need help with IT-related issues.
• We diagnose, resolve, and follow up on user problems in a prompt and professional manner.
• We train employees on hardware, software, and internal systems to improve day-to-day usage.
• We monitor and help improve the performance of our devices, applications, and core systems.
• We support network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• We perform Wi-Fi coverage checks, failover tests, and physical cabling verification.
• We partner with engineers to investigate issues and confirm alignment with design documentation.
• We manage inventory tasks such as scanning asset tags, assigning room locations, and confirming device counts.
• We verify that equipment is powered on, connected to data ports, and ready for use.
• We support staff during arrivals and go-live events on site.
• We assist with printing systems and troubleshoot printer-related issues locally.
• We collaborate with our IT, Service Desk, and clinical training teams.
• We help stage equipment ahead of installation and deployment.
• We document technical procedures and keep our knowledge base accurate and up to date.

We are a growing healthcare organization offering a contract-to-hire IT Support Technician opportunity with a strong chance of becoming permanent after 6 months. This is an on-site role supporting our clinic and office teams in a patient-focused environment, with regular Monday through Friday business hours and no expected overtime. The position starts as soon as possible and offers pay in the range of $28 to $29 per hour on a W2 basis.
