Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Advertising Assistant to support advertising projects, promotional planning, and campaign coordination. This role offers comprehensive training and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in advertising and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating advertising initiatives and promotional activities
* Support the preparation of presentations and promotional materials
* Maintain organized project files and campaign documentation
* Help coordinate schedules and project timelines
* Assist with event preparation and outreach activities
* Track project progress and prepare internal reports
* Provide administrative support to the advertising team
Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
* No prior experience required; paid training provided
Compensation & Benefits
* $19–$25/hour based on experience
