Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, community outreach campaigns, and promotional activations.
• Deliver engaging brand presentations while creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Support event setup, logistics, organization, and breakdown to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and provide product and service information.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights to help improve future marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards and professionalism throughout all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop innovative outreach strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, leadership, sales, and business management.
• Develop the skills necessary for future advancement into leadership and management positions.
