Support Epic Ambulatory applications and MyChart functionality within a shared-services Clinical Applications team, primarily supporting RCM transformation initiatives.
Provide project, maintenance, ticket, operational, and Epic upgrade support while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support RCM transformation projects and application enhancements across EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart environments.
Perform application maintenance, operational support, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and Epic upgrade activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, resolve application issues, and deliver effective Epic solutions.
