Support, troubleshoot, optimize, and build Epic Grand Central/Prelude applications, with a focus on Charge RTE and Prelude workflows across a healthcare environment.
Collaborate with clinical/business stakeholders and technical teams on enhancements, integrations, upgrades, projects, and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic Grand Central/Prelude workflows and Charge RTE functionality.
Support tickets, projects, integrations, upgrades, go-lives, and ongoing application maintenance while collaborating with business owners and vendors.
Provide production support and participate in the on-call rotation, ensuring timely resolution of application issues and workflow requests.
