We advise senior stakeholders on their workforce and location planning process – providing in-depth analysis and recommendations – to optimize business strategy and drive decisions.

As a Senior Associate on the Business Management team supporting Americas West Real Estate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Region Head and play a crucial role driving strategic initiatives and analytics across the business. • Quickly grasp business context, and distill complex problems into clear narratives and impactful executive-ready presentations, with a strong focus on data visualization and storytelling
  • Independently manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities and business needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Strong time management and prioritization, with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), LLM prompting, and other relevant tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Databricks, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
