Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Recent experience in customer service, technical support, help desk, or a call center
• Previous experience working remotely in a professional setting
• Experience in a structured call center, including following schedules and break times and meeting productivity and attendance expectations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
• A dedicated home workspace suitable for remote work
• Reliable high-speed internet, with the ability to connect via Ethernet when required
• Recent and relevant work experience
• A demonstrated commitment to reliability and professional conduct
• Self-motivation and a desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require
• Preferred: Experience supporting hardware, software, account administration, or point-of-sale systems
• Preferred: Previous customer-facing technical support experience
• Preferred: A record of meeting or exceeding call center performance and service-level goals

• Respond to inbound support requests from customers and employees
• Troubleshoot order-related, system, hardware, software, and account issues
• Provide first-level technical support and resolve issues
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
• Deliver quality customer service while meeting performance expectations
• Follow established support processes and procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a structured call center environment
• Troubleshoot Active Directory and manage associate user groups that affect email and access
• Support the Asset Protection Information System (APIS), including loss-prevention camera monitoring
• Reset store user passwords and resolve login and access issues
• Troubleshoot systems used to investigate a variety of topics
