JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an ML Engineer II to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-scale Generative AI software solutions in high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and deploy GenAI-enabled software solutions
Build AI agents and reusable GenAI components
Develop RAG-based applications and LLM orchestration workflows
Create automation for release operations and engineering workflows
Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Author Helm charts and manage deployments
Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Develop dashboards and operational reporting
Implement monitoring, alerting, tracing, and telemetry solutions
Troubleshoot production issues across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions
Implement AI engineering standards, governance, and security guardrails
Produce technical and architecture documentation
Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, UX, and Engineering teams
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree + 4 years related experience OR Advanced Degree + 2 years experience
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
4 7 years of technical engineering experience
Hands-on experience building and shipping production GenAI applications
Experience with AI agents, RAG, and LLM-based systems
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD
Experience with SQL, ETL, and Data Warehousing
Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions
Experience mentoring engineers and working cross-functionally
