You may be an experienced Learning and Development Specialist , leadership trainer, HR professional, or consultant with a background in leadership development, talent development, organizational learning, professional training, adult learning, or leadership coaching Seeking a Career Change .

This role is particularly suited to professionals currently working as Learning and Development Manager, Leadership Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, or Training and Development Specialist , or those with experience in corporate training, leadership coaching, HR development, or learning consulting.

Who This Role Is Best Suited To

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, coaching, consulting, or education
• Comfortable working with learning programs and leadership training
• Values autonomy, professional growth, and remote work flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs
• Offer and provide Professional leadership training
• Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
• Generate Leads (full training provided) using a variety of online platforms
• Work independently while collaborating with a professional international network
