Location : 172 Industrial Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823 | State College and Bellefonte, PA Area

Pay : $24.25/hr + Overtime Opportunities

Sign-on Bonus: $250*

Hours : Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Shifts vary between 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

A Day in the Life of a Non-CDL Delivery Driver

You will start and end your day at our warehouse facility located at 172 Industrial Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Each morning, you will report to the warehouse for route loadout, vehicle inspection, and team briefing - then head out to deliver packages across our region with pride and professionalism.

This is a Non CDL Delivery Driver position - no commercial driver's license required.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse each shift for morning loadout and route preparation
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages up to 50 lbs
• Follow GPS-navigated delivery routes efficiently and safely
• Complete all deliveries accurately and on time across assigned routes
• Provide courteous, professional service at every delivery stop
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
• Obey all traffic laws and operate your vehicle with care and awareness
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and leadership regarding delays or issues
• Return to the warehouse at the end of each shift and complete end-of-day procedures

Non-CDL Delivery Driver Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 21 yoa or older
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using a smartphone and delivery app for route navigation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifts vary between 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• No CDL required - this is a non-CDL driver role open to all qualified applicants
