Job Opportunity – Pain Management Physician – West Virginia

Start Date: December 7, 2026

Location: West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Coverage needed 2-3 weeks per month. No weekends or call required. Patient volume approximately 15 patients per day.

• Opportunity to utilize advanced procedural skills including fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventions

Requirements:

• Board Certification required
• Accredited pain fellowship or qualifying board certification in Pain Management
• Active State medical license (IMLC accepted or providers who qualify for temporary West Virginia license)
• Active DEA license required
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Pain Management
• Competency in fluoroscopically guided spinal injections including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations of lumbar and cervical medial branches, joint injections, SI joint injections, facet injections, trigger-point injections, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Experience with ultrasound-guided injections and procedures required
• Experience with intrathecal pumps preferred
• Credentialing timeframe is 60+ days
