Westfield Powersports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused
Parts & Accessories Specialist who lives and breathes the Powersports lifestyle. Located just outside Indianapolis in the heart of one of America’s most iconic motorsports regions, this is an opportunity to build a career surrounded by great riding roads, an active riding community, off-road adventures, and the racing heritage that defines Indiana — from local tracks to the legendary Indianapolis 500.
Since 2006, Westfield Powersports has helped riders get the most out of every mile, ride, race, and weekend adventure. We represent industry-leading brands including Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, and Polaris, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping fellow enthusiasts find the right gear, parts, and accessories to improve their riding experience.
This isn’t just a retail counter job. It’s an opportunity to become part of the local Powersports community while working in an energetic environment filled with motorcycles, Side-by-Sides, ATVs, and personal watercraft every day.
What You’ll Do: - Help riders select the right parts, riding gear, accessories, and upgrades
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted resource
- Support service and sales departments with parts lookup and order fulfillment
- Stay current on new products, riding trends, and Powersports technology
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining an organized, professional showroom
- Process orders and transactions accurately using dealership systems
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere focused on customer experience
What We’re Looking For: - Passion for motorcycles and Powersports culture
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is helpful, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most
- Organized, dependable, and motivated personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical or Powersports knowledge is a major plus

Compensation:
$30,000 – $45,000 per year depending on experience and performance.
