Physical Therapist 
$46.38 - $52.18 per hour, based on experience | Part-Time

What You'll Do:  

• Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care 
• Assign cases and tasks to staff 
• Ensure proper care delivery by guiding assessments and matching services to client needs 
• Monitor program quality and outcomes 
• Maintain clean and safe work environment 
• Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards . 

What You'll Need:  

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Graduate of accredited therapy program (required) 
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (required)  
• Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting (required)
• Experience with Net Health Therapy platform preferred, but not required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate
