Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Product Designer to join our core centralized Product Design collective in a full-time remote capacity across London, United Kingdom. Operating as a critical cross-functional experience architect within our product pods, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability across the entire design lifecycle—shaping, refining, and validating the customer-facing interface layers for our high-concurrency B2B survey tech applications. Shifting completely away from routine passive banner drawing, basic template copy editing, minor vector tweaking, or simple standalone documentation typing, you will run an active user experience laboratory—transforming highly intricate programmatic back-end data into clean, tangible, and beautiful interface structures. This position requires an enterprise tech or SaaS product veteran with 3+ years of craft depth who maps out multi-tenant user journeys fluidly natively using UI/UX Design paradigms, constructs pixel-perfect shared libraries smoothly natively using Figma software configurations, and commands rapid interactive prototyping loops and validation testing confidently under strict product delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle SaaS Experience Design: Champion and execute exceptional end-to-end user experience solutions across Cint core product lines, mapping out interface displays cleanly natively utilizing UI/UX Design strategies.
• Programmatic User Research and Diagnostics: Plan, lead, and conduct qualitative user testing and stakeholder interviews to uncover unmet consumer needs, generating actionable product insights that fuel future feature roadmaps.
• Figma Design System Architecture: Apply, maintain, and contribute programmatic components to our shared, enterprise-grade design system token library, ensuring visual consistency and layout efficiency natively leveraging Figma primitives.
• Complex System Simplification: Translate abstract data structures and non-deterministic logic maps into clean, scannable user flows, layout wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and interactive prototypes through robust visual storytelling.
• Empirical Design Validation Testing: Coordinate and run live prototype validation tests directly alongside enterprise clients, documenting behavioral metrics and design thinking to iterate interface proposals before leadership.
• Cross-Discipline Strategic Alignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed Product Managers, researchers, brand copywriters, engineering leads, and frontend developers to align visual layouts with technical performance bounds.
• Inclusive Layout and Accessibility Governance: Review and implement uncompromised web accessibility compliance defaults across desktop and mobile application frameworks, adhering strictly to global WCAG design principles.
• Agile Sprint Collaboration: Ideate conceptually beside peer Product Designers and business strategists, moving multiple visual deliverables fluidly from initial kickoff through to clean developer handoffs under rapid sprint schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history running advanced digital product design, human-computer interaction engineering, user experience mapping for technical SaaS applications, or visual technology consulting.
• B2B Enterprise Vertical Sourcing Focus: Documented career history operating directly within a dedicated software product team, successfully engineering multi-tenant interfaces explicitly tailored for data-heavy platforms or business-focused cloud infrastructures.
• Expert-tier capability mapping complex user personas, reducing workspace layout clutter, and creating scannable info-hierarchies natively utilizing UI/UX Design processes.
• Practical operational familiarity designing master variables, configuring auto-layouts, and managing component variants natively using Figma system modules.
• Demonstrated technical familiarity testing prototype variations and working in alignment beside frontend development blocks to ensure zero-fault asset execution.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication attributes in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised confidence when defending layout choices before international stakeholder boards.
• Location Context: Position open to qualified product design authorities based permanently and resident within the borders of London, United Kingdom to operate under a remote work-from-home layout.
