Title: QA Analyst

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join IT Application Engineering division on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in testing innovative AI-driven chatbots and digital solutions aimed at improving healthcare customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with potential for extension or full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate requirements for features within projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer needs.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies with the project team, analyzing requirements and developing test cases.
• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases within fast-paced Agile cycles.
• Log detailed defect reports including steps, screenshots, and reproduction details.
• Research root causes of issues and advocate for bug fixes or software updates.
• Assess application stability and overall user experience, recommending efficiency improvements.
• Apply automation tools to enhance testing effectiveness and coverage.
• Monitor testing progress, track issues, and generate testing metrics and reports.
• Participate in testing mobile applications using emulators and assist with testing cloud-based services and bot technologies as needed.
• May require overtime, on-call work, or flexible scheduling based on project needs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience testing web-based and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Zephyr.
• Strong manual testing skills, with experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ability to log detailed defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Experience planning testing strategies and advocating for quality improvements.
• Familiarity with automation testing concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile applications using Android Studio and Xcode emulators.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Cloud Services.
• Experience working with bot technologies and AI-driven solutions.
