Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer - Avaya
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Engineer - Avaya to provide L3 support for enterprise voice and unified communications environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Avaya Voice Infrastructure , VoIP , Contact Center technologies , and voice automation , with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead voice transformation initiatives.
Preferred Certifications: Avaya ACS/ACIS, CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice (MS-720), or Python/Automation certifications.
