Solidworks Draftsman Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Responsible for Producing accurate, production ready 3D models,
• assemblies,
• and detailed technical drawings that support manufacturing, product development, and customer-specific modifications.
• This Role converts engineering direction and product requirements into precise documentation that enables efficient compliant and repeatable production.

Solidworks Draftsman Qualifications:

• 2+years of Solidworks experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling and detailed technical drawing creation
• Working knowledge of Mechanical fabrication processes
• Familiarity with revision control and structured file management
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting defense or government contract environments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Systems
• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, mechanical design, or related field
• Experience with ruggedized enclosures or electronic packaging
