Our client, a high-growth, purpose-driven fulfillment and custom branding partner in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead daily facility operations, elevate SLA performance, and drive process optimization.
If you thrive in dynamic 3PL, multi-tenant fulfillment, or complex B2B distribution environments, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to manage high-volume, multi-account operations. You will oversee end-to-end workflows for 25+ major client programs and 30+ e-commerce storefronts, managing a fast-paced hub handling roughly 500 orders daily across a 15,000-SKU catalog.

Systems, Process & Team Development
- WMS & Schedule Control: Utilize NetSuite WMS to coordinate floor schedules, job costing, and real-time labor allocation in alignment with Account Management teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), optimize rack/floor layouts, and drive 5S/lean practices to maximize throughput.
- Team Building & Culture: Recruit, onboard, and mentor warehouse staff. Set clear performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and foster an inclusive, highly accountable team culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL), or multi-account distribution operations.
- Proven track record with complex SKU environments (10,000+ SKUs), multi-channel fulfillment (B2B bulk and direct-to-consumer), and intricate kitting/assembly workflows.
- Hands-on WMS expertise: Practical experience managing daily execution through enterprise WMS platforms (direct NetSuite WMS experience is a plus).
- Logistics & Carrier Fluency: Background in carrier selection, parcel rate structures, and freight logistics.
- Continuous Improvement Focus: Background in process optimization; 5S certification or Lean background is highly preferred.
- Local Presence: Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Multi-Account Operations: Oversee cross-functional warehouse teams (Receiving, QC, Kitting/Custom Packaging, Inventory Control, and Returns) serving 25+ distinct corporate accounts.
- Value-Added Services (VAS): Direct high-detail kitting, polybagging, labeling, and specialized garment/merchandise finishing workflows to support custom client requirements.
- SLA & Performance Excellence: Maintain strict Service Level Agreements across 30+ integrated storefronts, tracking key metrics like fulfillment accuracy, dock-to-stock turnaround, and labor efficiency.
- Carrier & Freight Management: Partner with major parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), freight lines, and local courier services to optimize outbound routing and cost efficiency.
