You’ll help customers and technicians find exactly what they need, keep things organized, and make sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Manage parts sales from start to finish
• Assist customers and technicians in finding the right parts
• Work with the Parts Manager on special orders and non-stock items
• Track and communicate parts status clearly and accurately
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety policies and industry regulations

What You Bring

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Clear communication skills in person and on the phone
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to stay sharp in a fast-moving environment
