This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Designer (Principle Prototyping) based in United States.

As a Senior Designer, you will bring a high-profile mobile product concept to life through sophisticated interaction design and high-fidelity prototyping.
You will work closely with an established product design team to transform Figma designs into realistic, engaging interactive experiences.
The role centers on Principle, with a strong focus on motion, transitions, gestures, and thoughtful microinteractions.
You will help ensure that prototypes accurately communicate the intended user experience while adding polish and behavioral detail.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual and interaction design instincts with deep prototyping expertise.
You will work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where iteration, experimentation, and attention to craft are highly valued.
The ideal candidate is an independent practitioner who can move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and fidelity.

• Build high-fidelity, interactive mobile product prototypes using Principle, accurately representing intended product behaviors and user journeys.
• Translate established Figma designs into polished, realistic, and engaging interactive experiences.
• Design and refine motion, transitions, gestures, animations, and microinteractions to create intuitive and compelling product experiences.
• Partner closely with product designers to understand design intent and ensure prototypes faithfully communicate the envisioned user experience.
• Collaborate with existing design teams while independently owning prototyping deliverables and maintaining a high level of execution quality.
• Iterate rapidly on prototypes based on stakeholder feedback, refining interactions and details to meet project objectives.
• Apply strong interaction and motion design principles to create prototypes that effectively demonstrate both functionality and experience.
• Contribute design expertise and prototyping recommendations throughout the development of high-profile mobile product experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience creating high-fidelity prototypes using Principle , which is required for this role.
• Strong interaction design and motion design skills, with a sophisticated understanding of transitions, gestures, animation, and microinteractions.
• Demonstrated experience creating realistic and highly interactive prototypes for mobile products.
• Proficiency with Figma and the ability to work effectively from established design systems and design files.
• Strong understanding of mobile user experience and the ability to translate static designs into dynamic, intuitive interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver polished work while collaborating closely with established design teams.
• Strong attention to detail, visual craft, and interaction quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and effectively.
• Experience prototyping consumer-facing mobile applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines is preferred.
• Experience contributing to large-scale product design initiatives is an advantage.
